Mission
Protecting the rights and welfare of the non-Moro Indigenous Peoples in the Mainland of BARMM and other Group of Ethnic minority in Lanao Del Sur, Special Geographoc Areas and Island Provinces of the BARMM through the enactment of the Indigenous Peoples code by 2025.
VISION
Encourage active Participation of Non-Moro IP's and other ethnic in the BARMM in the conduct of public consultation and take concreate through submission of their comments and recommendation to better enhnce the IP code.
OBJECTIVES
- Non Moro Indigenous Peoples and other ethnic Minority in the BARMM are aware and have a better understanding about important substance of the IP code and other related laws that protect their rights.
- They have the technical capacity to advocate to their fellow NMIP and ethnic group about the other applicable norms like the UNDRIP, BOL, IPRA to their constituencies.
- Conduct study session with experts
- Strengthen available IP mechanisms in the ground such as the IPO, IPS the council of elders and other existing indigenous structure in the ground.
- Create harmonious relationship with Non-IP constituents (BANGSAMORO AND SETTLE COMMUNITIES) to help promote better understanding and social cohesion in the ground.
- Get the support of the member of the parliament and other institutional Partners through dialogue and consultation.
